MY DREAM OVERCLOCK AMD BASED

I really wish I could see my self running an AMD CPU at 300x10 or even less 300x8. All I want to see is 300mhz 1:1.
With the parts I have got so far I am very far off. I got a DFI 250gb I could use for now. Possibly get a Sempron socket 754, an xp120 or xp90 copper, with some TCCD ram.
Also to be a fast system, I may add a scsi 15k drive or a raptor.
